Is Fewll really open 24 hours?

Yes. Fewll Indoor Golf currently offers 24 hour access and 14 day advanced booking to Members and Studio Pass holders. Non-members can book by the hour between 6am and 10pm any day of the week. Book online anytime and your phone unlocks the door.

Do I need a membership to play?

Accepted Answer

No. You can book on demand in 30-minute increments with no membership. Select 'Book Now' anywhere on our website and you'll be re-directed to our booking page. Non-members can book seven days a week, 6am - 10pm. If you play regularly memberships start at $19.90/hour with no contract required, and prepaid studio passes at $24.90/hour with no expiry.

How do I access the facility?

Once your tee time is booked, you will receive a secure access link by email, and optionally by SMS (text message). Your link becomes active 20 minutes before your tee time and deactivates 20 minutes after your scheduled time ends.To enter, locate the access hub to the left of the main entrance door. Stand within 5 feet of the hub and tap the access link on your phone. There’s no need to touch your phone to the hub. The door will automatically unlock within 2–5 seconds. Once the lock releases, open the door. You will hear an audible click and “Welcome.”For guests with hearing impairments, the access screen will also indicate when the door is unlocked.** We recommend enabling SMS  notifications when creating your account. You’ll receive a secondary access link by text about one hour before your reservation. Your personal information is used only to provide our services.

How do I activate the simulator once I arrive?

Touching the touch screen will automatically turn on the screen & projector. The screen takes 2-3 seconds to wake up if has been dormant between sessions, and the projector up to a 20 seconds. Please be patient, this is normal. The screen will open with touch options to select from.

What should I do if I experience technical issues?

We maintain our equipment daily to provide a smooth experience. On rare occasions, issues such as power interruptions or software glitches may still occur. Most technical issues can be resolved by the uses, so please try the troubleshooting steps below before contacting us.The Touch Screen Is DarkIf you haven’t already, lightly tap the center of the touch screen and wait 3–10 seconds for it to activate. If the screen remains dark, proceed to the Contact Us section below.GSPro Is Showing the Previous Players or Appears FrozenIf GSPro is showing the previous players:GSPro is configured to automatically launch and clear the previous gameplay when a new session begins. If the previous game is still displayed, select Exit in the top-right corner of the GSPro screen.Return to the main screen and relaunch GSPro. Allow it a moment to fully load.This can occasionally happen if the previous players did not exit their game at the end of their session or if the simulator lock prevented the game from closing properly.If GSPro is frozen or not responding:First, try selecting Exit and relaunching GSPro. If GSPro remains unresponsive, select the Restart button in the bottom-right corner of the main screen. When prompted “Are you sure?”, select Yes.The restart process typically takes 1–3 minutes and should return you to the main screen.The Projector Is Not Showing an ImageProjectors require a short amount of time to start after timing out. How do I change or cancel my booking?

To reschedule or cancel a tee time, head to the Booking page. You can reschedule or cancel your booking up to 12 hours before your scheduled tee time. Cancellations made within this time frame receive a full refund.

Question 7

What is your membership cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Members can cancel their membership at any time through their personal online account. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least five (5) days before the next billing date.There are no cancellation fees. Your membership access will remain active until 12:00 PM on the final day of your current billing cycle. Do you rent or sell golf clubs and accesories?

Fewll Indoor Golf does not currently offer golf club rentals. Golf balls and tees are typically available for purchase in our smart market. Can I bring outside food or drinks?

Yes, but please enjoy them outside the tee box to protect our equipment. We also ask that you are mindful and avoid bringing items that could create a mess, or add strong smells in the facility. An assortment of beverages and snacks are available in our 24 hour Smart Market for added convenience. Alcohol is not permitted. Please contact us for private events, which can involve alcohol with a valid Alberta liquor licence.

Question 10

How long does it take to play 18 holes?

As a general rule, plan for 1 hour per person to complete a full 18-hole round, at a moderate pace of play (Playing 9 holes? Simply cut those booking times in half). Because you are not walking between shots, searching for lost balls, or waiting on groups ahead of you, simulator play moves significantly faster than playing outdoors.

What is the maximum number of golfers allowed per booking?

Each booking is limited to a maximum of 4 people per bay total (including non-players). This limit, along with our total facility occupancy of 20 people, is strictly enforced in accordance with local fire and municipal regulations to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Age restrictions & child safety guidelines

Due to the specific nature of indoor golf, the environment poses inherent safety risks for small children. To ensure the safety of our youngest guests, children aged 5 and under are not permitted within the facility. We require all guests to observe traditional golf etiquette and remain respectful of others at all times. Parents and/or legal guardians are strictly responsible for the supervision of their children (ages 6+) to ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone.

Do you accommodate left & right-handed golfers?

Yes!  Bays 2 & 3 are setup to work perfectly no matter which way you swing.  Bay 1 is a bit smaller and not recommended for left-handed golfers, given the proximity of the touchscreen.

Alba is a booking platform built exclusively for indoor golf facilities, trusted by 1,000+ venues in Canada and around the world. We use it to run Fewll Indoor Golf. Alba securely handles reservations, payments, and helps us manage bookings, memberships, and gift cards.Payments are securely handled through Alba, with transactions processed by Adyen, our payment provider. Adyen is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant and uses encryption and other security measures to protect sensitive payment information.
