How do I book a tee time & access the facility?

Reservations are managed through Alba, a premier golf management platform trusted by top indoor golf facilities across Canada and the world. Question 2

How do I activate the simulator once I arrive?

Touching the touch screen will automatically turn on the screen & projector. The screen takes 2-3 seconds to wake up if has been dormant between sessions, and the projector up to a minute. Please be patient, this is normal. The screen will open with multiple touch options to select from, ranging from course play, practice and mini games.

What should I do if I experience technical difficulties with the equipment?

We maintain our equipment daily to ensure a smooth experience. However, on rare occasions, issues such as power failures or software glitches may still occur. If you encounter any technical difficulties, don’t worry – we’re committed to resolving them quickly so you can get back to enjoying your game.Please follow the steps below in order:1.If you have haven't already lightly tapped the center of the touch screen and wait 3-10 seconds for the screen to light up, please do so now.2.Email us at info@fewllgolf.com for technical support.  Provide the Bay number and your cell phone number.We can typically restart and trouble shoot issues remotely. Do not tamper with the computer system.

What are your facility hours and booking options?

Fewll Indoor Golf currently offers 24 hour access and 14 day advanced booking to Members and Studio Pass holders. Non-members can book by the hour between 6am and 10pm any day of the week.

Question 5

Do I need a membership to book a tee time?

Accepted Answer

For those who play regularly, our Membership and Studio Passes options provide great value and exclusive perks, however a membership is not required. If you’re not ready to commit, no problem, enjoy the flexibility of booking by the hour.

How do I change my booking?

Accepted Answer

To reschedule or cancel a tee time head to the Booking page. You can cancel your booking up to 12 hours before your scheduled tee time, for a full refund.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Non-members must cancel bookings at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made through the Alba booking tool within this time frame will receive a full refund. Once the 12-hour window has passed the reservation is final, and no changes, modifications, or refunds will be issued.

Please be considerate of other players—unfilled time slots prevent others from enjoying the facility. Reminders will be sent via text and email to confirm bookings. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

At our discretion, Fewll Indoor Golf reserves the right to revoke cancellation privileges or refuse service to anyone abusing this policy. For more information, please refer to our Terms of Use.

Membership Cancellation Policy
Members can cancel their memberships at any time through their personal account online. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least five (5) days before the next billing date.

There are no cancellation fees, and your access to the facility will remain active until 12:00 PM on the last day of the billing cycle. Please note that cancellations are not prorated, and no refunds will be issued for any remaining balance of the current billing period.

Question 8

Do you accommodate left & right-handed golfers?

Yes!  Bays 2 & 3 are setup to work perfectly no matter which way you swing.  Bay 1 is a bit smaller and not recommended for left-handed golfers, given the proximity of the touchscreen.

Do you rent golf clubs?

Accepted Answer

We do not rent golf equipment. The closest place to rent clubs is Sports Rent located in Bowness. Typically golf balls and tees are available in our smart market for purchase.Sports Rent4424 16th ave NW(403) 292-0077

Question 10

Can I bring outside food or drinks?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but please enjoy them outside the tee box to protect our equipment. We also ask that you are mindful and avoid bringing items that could create a mess, or add strong smells in the facility. An assortment of beverages and snacks are available in our 24 hour Smart Market for added convenience. Alcohol is not permitted. Please contact us for private events, which can involve alcohol with a valid Alberta liquor licence.

Age restrictions & child safety guidelines

Due to the specific nature of indoor golf, the environment poses inherent safety risks for small children. To ensure the safety of our youngest guests and to maintain a high-quality environment for all players, children aged 5 and under are not permitted within the facility. We require all guests to observe traditional golf etiquette and remain respectful of others at all times. Parents and/or legal guardians are strictly responsible for the supervision of their children (ages 6+) to ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone.Officially sanctioned kids camps are the only acceptation.

What is the maximum number of golfers allowed per booking?

Each booking is limited to a maximum of 4 people per bay total (including non-players). This limit, along with our total facility occupancy of 20 people, is strictly enforced in accordance with local fire and municipal regulations to ensure a safe environment for everyone.At the time of your booking you are typically required to enter the number of players in addition to yourself.

Question 13

How long does it take to play 18 holes?

Accepted Answer

As a general rule, plan for 1 hour per person to complete a full 18-hole round, at a moderate pace of play (Playing 9 holes? Simply cut those booking times in half). Because you are not walking between shots, searching for lost balls, or waiting on groups ahead of you, simulator play moves significantly faster than playing outdoors.
